All Cathedral Ledge whiskeys are twice distilled in a pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. We never cold filter, and we bottle our spirits by hand.

The grain bill for our Straight Wheated Bourbon consists of 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. This bourbon is crafted by blending two 53 gallon White American Oak barrels, one a char #3 and the other a char #4.
