All Cathedral Ledge whiskeys are twice distilled in a pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. We never cold filter, and we bottle our spirits by hand.
The grain bill for our Straight Wheated Bourbon consists of 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley.
This bourbon was aged in a 53-gallon char #3 American White Oak barrel. Always USDA certified Organic, Gluten Free, and handcrafted in a sustainable manner.
